Kindly take note: returns and exchanges are accepted up to 21 days from the stamped date of shipment if the item is in original condition.

Please include our packing slip (invoice) and state if you would like to exchange or return.
Refunds are issued to original form of payment within 21 days from stamped date. If post marked after the 21 days, store credit will be issued.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Barbs is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
Kindly consider: All return or exchange merchandise must be in the original condition with the Barbs tag attached. All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with no visible signs of wear such as: makeup & deodorant stains, fragrances, etc… Exchanges must be for the same item or a different item of the same value.
All swim, accessories, jewelry, and hats are final.
